Quick-Clean-N-Trim Action Set for PS Elements - PSE 5, 6, and 7 Designer: Jill D-Zines If you are looking for a fabulous tool to speed up your work-flow as a designer, you've just found it! My Quick-Trim and Quick Clean-N-Trim Actionfor Photoshop Elements (tested and works in PSE 5 through PSE 7) will be a great help as you work on getting elements ready for a kit. The Quick-Trim action is a quick, one-button solution for trimming your .png images, eliminating the extra space around them - but it will NEVER clip the edges of your element off! No more flat-sided buttons! The action automatically leaves a 3-pixel space around your element, so no more shadows being cut off either! Since PS Elements does not include a trim-command, this will be a HUGE help and time-saver for Elements-users - as it DOES trim with this action! The Quick Clean-N-Trim action-set includes another step, with instructions and a brush pre-set for cleaning up stray pixels and "jaggies" before you trim. It will add a stroke to your image so you can see any strays, then pause while you do whatever clean-up is necessary - you can use the included brush pre-set, which the action automatically selects and sets up for you, or any other method you prefer for your final clean-up. Then when you are finished cleaning, the action will trim your cleaned item, (still allowing the 3-pixel space around your element) and re-save it for you - 2 jobs at once, and SO much faster than doing all of the steps manually! This action set will save you a TON of time and make your final kit-prep go much more smoothly (and quickly!) . I use these actions on all of my elements for kits, and can't imagine doing all the work without them! I have included simple instructions/tutorial for each of the actions. The actions are great for scrappers too!
