TERMS OF USE

AUTHORIZED USE
YOU MUST:
1. Credit my images if you are posting layouts or tags online
2. If the site allows it please credit: http://urbanmermaiddesigns.blogspot.com or the weblink of the store where you purchased the kit

YOU MAY:
1. Use all parts of my kits for PERSONAL USE only.
2. Use my kits in part or in whole in your layouts that are submitted to scrapbooking and related magazines or websites providing that proper credit is given to Urban Mermaid Designs and if possible credit http://urbanmermaiddesigns.blogspot.com
3. Post your layouts in online galleries providing proper credit is given to Urban Mermaid Designs.

UNAUTHORIZED USE
YOU MAY NOT:
1. Claim any part of this kit as your own.
2. You MAY NOT alter the artwork in anyway except to resize. You must use the image AS IT IS PROVIDED.
3. Sell any part of my images or kits.
4. Use my images in Freebies
5. Use these images for any COMMERCIAL ENDEAVOUR.
6. Turn any portion of the kit into anything other than scrapbooking related products that is for PERSONAL USE ONLY. This includes but is not limited to: Blog Banners, icon's, website buttons, Brushes/Tubes for Photoshop or any other
program.
7. Use the content of my kits for any harmful, obscene, immoral, pornographic material or any other purpose which is prohibited by International Law.
8. Share, rent, resell, post on a webpage or redistribute my kits in any way, shape, or form regardless if they were purchased or downloaded as a free gift.
9. Copy the files in my kits for reasons other than back-up purposes.

LIMITED LIABILITY
